Product Description

Walker Magnetics manufactures Magnetic Drum Separators that are used in solid waste applications after shredding, and also for removal of ferrous from bottom ash. A drum is a device whereby the magnet assembly contained within a rotating shell is stationary and can be positioned at the end of the vibratory feeders or conveyors. The drums are constructed with Manganese shells, cast aluminum drum heads and are available in both electro and permanent configurations. The units are manufactured in diameters from 30" through 72" to accommodate feed widths up to 120".
